GT750 Crankshaft import project...

I now have a deal to import this crank, pistons, waterpump gear, timing plate and spark plugs from the U.S. I am paying US $250 + surface shipping $50 = US $ 300 total. According to the seller he bought the crank to replace the one on his GT750J many years ago but never used it so it has been living in a box in his garage.

What do you think ?

GT750 crank, condition still unclear. Seller cannot verify if it's new or rebuilt but it has new con rods and primary gear, bearings feel as new according to the seller. See this reference picture as comparison.

Excerpt from seller message #1:

"The crank is new & complete, I bought it about eight years ago for my '72 (purple). It has been in a box (not a Suzuki box) since then. I will check to see if there are any papers or markings. I will also check the pistons - they are in the Suzuki boxes, and I believe they are not oversized. The waterpump gear is also new."

Excerpt from seller message #2:

"I unboxed the crank last night - looks good (tight) and new, but no papers/part numbers. I can't prove it's new but I have some other old papers I'll look thru. I'll also check out the web site.

Also, the pistons are 2 of 12120 and one of the other 12110 with no oversize markings on top, so that set is correct. I can take pictures and email them to you tomorrow. I will also check on shipping costs today."

Excerpt from seller message #3:

I've attached pictures of most of the parts - hope you can view them.
I still can't prove the crank is new - no paperwork - but the gear definitely has NO wear and the small rod ends have a sticky grease in them, probably to protect against corrosion. Also, the rods have less than 2mm (or less, probably 1.5mm) of play side to side (wobble). All the other bearings look and 'feel' new. BUT, the seals may have been mounted/used - there is a gray gasket sealer (?) on them where they would meet the crankcase, so please understand I cannot say the crank is new. IF I HAD TO GUESS, I WOULD SAY IT WAS REBUILT, but that doesn't explain the new gear... I can tell you that if I needed a crank, this one would be OK, but I would have it checked to see that it's 'true', meaning it's still straight/aligned - a decent machinist could lay it on some 'V' blocks and tell you in five minutes (this is always a good idea with any kind of shaft/axle)."
